        All right so I typically order a drink from here every morning and it's been great. However this morning I decide to order the Acai bowl and it looks extremely delicious however truth be told it is literally 100% frozen like you can't even stick a spoon in it. Extremely disappointing...

        Customer service is almost nonexistent, except for the shorter older woman thats usually at the register, shes very sweet. The teenagers (majority of the employees) make you feel uncomfortable when you walk in, do not greet you and are pretty rude. Smoothies are hit and miss at this location. Almost half the time they taste like blended ice and the other half of the time theyre delicious. Thumbs up today thankfully! Depends on the employee I guess.

        Went in with the T-Mobile coupon last night, 30 minutes prior to closing. The girl manning the register was not happy to see me. She repaid me by making the blandest tasting 24oz "smoothie" - the thing tasted worse than any dollar slushie you could get at 7-Eleven, a watery embarrassment of a drink. It's pathetic when people hate their job this much. I can only hope their regular smoothies are better than this, but I won't be back to find out.
