Congratulations to the CEO, EVP of operation, VP of Northeastern retail banking division, specially to the bank Manager in the only Banking center for BOA in Hyannis. Please save yourselves from finishing the new center which you are building if you intend to take the same crew there. I am a premier client, have total of 6 accounts 2 business and 4 personal accounts with BOA. Have been a client over 40 years. Started with Bay bank, Fleet, Bank Boston and now BOA. I am dumping you and moving to Cape code 5. You have zero respect for client like us. I am done! Bad CS, NO CS, No customers!!

About 4 years ago one of the bank representatives in this location recommended me to close my credit card account, Today I realize that it was a mistake and the worst thing I could do to my credit, I did not know much about good credit management and I let myself be carried away by who I thought was going to help me.
