Carla's Cleaning

We have used Carla's Cleaning in our home for over a year now. We also use them for our business office cleaning. Mostly I see Katie and Ines. And sometimes there are other cleaners who come along. They are always friendly and provide service with a smile. They are thorough and won't clean an area if you ask them not to. If you need a little extra elbow grease like I do in one of my showers, Ines is always ready to get on a step stool and get to work. If there is ever a question on something Katie will always call to ask before doing anything. The only issue I have is that most of Carla's cleaners do not speak English fluently so the communication can be a challenge. We have been using Carla and her team since the start of the 2021 rental season and we have been so happy with the level of service, communication, and cleaning performance since day one. Carla is amazing at staying in touch with me on when cleanings are needed and scheduling, and her team has been fantastic at keeping our cottage on point and ready for our renters. After every cleaning the house is in order, smells clean and looks great, even with little touches of class that include folding over the toilet paper. I am so happy to have found Carla, because I know that our cottage will be treated with care, look and smell great and offer our renters a great experience when they arrive!
