Advance Chimney

Probably one of the best contractors we have found since moving to the Cape. Dan is thoroughly professional and attentive to detail. His rates are very competitive and he turns up when he says he will, which is unusual for the Cape! On the day work was scheduled, his workman called in sick, but Dan was here on time. Work was completed quickly and he took care of permitting issues. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency with a collapsed chimney liner and Advance Chimney came to our rescue. Without hesitation, they fit us into their busy schedule and installed a new one the next day. The gentlemen were talented, professional and fast. We were beyond impressed with this company.

We recently had a significant leak in our chimney that was built in the late 80s. We reached out to multiple chimney companies on the Cape and off-Cape to get estimates and Dan was by far the most professional and attentive person I met with. He answered all of my questions before, during, and after the chimney rebuild and he and his team were a pleasure to work with. He very clearly takes pride in his work and took the time not only to deliver an excellent finished product, but also to make sure that I understood the work that was being done, why the old chimney had issues, and what he was doing to make sure they would not happen again. Dan and his team delivered on everything that they said they would on time and without any issues. Not only does the chimney look beautiful, they also did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards both inside the chimney/fireplace and outside the house. Gysell in the office was extremely efficient and excellent throughout the process. She was very helpful to me with all of my detailed questions on the estimate / billing process. It is hard to find a company with honesty, integrity, and who can provide outstanding workmanship. Advance Chimney is one of those companies. I would highly recommend Dan and his team and will gladly work with them again for annual maintenance and any other projects I have.
