I'm at my family down there for a family reunion there for four nights had a great time beautiful building at a game room down the seller kept the young ones busy and I love the location very nice thank you again Mark Walkability: Downtown main Street in Hyannis Mass or just a 10 minute walk away the boats restaurant everything very close very convenient PS also very clean place

I give the location a 5. I was told a rate lower than was actually charged. He quoted me the off season rate for a July stay? Why, would someone do that? When the confirmation email came i thought it was a mistake, but no, paid $40 more a night than told over the phone, just like the confirmation said. They must not plan on people reading thier emails. When I called to inquire about the rate he flat out denied the rate he told me. Like I would just make this lower rate up? The whole situation does not sit well with me. Shame, because I liked the location. Oh well, all the best to them. If that's the way they get bookings, so be it. Rooms: Old rooms, old furnishings, you can hear your neighbors-above and besides you Nearby activities: Beach, downtown Hyannis Walkability: Walk to beach and downtown
