Santander Bank Branch

Experienced very poor customer service at a corporate bank. They refused to cash my payroll check since I dont have an account with them, which feels unfair. They didnt suggest opening an account, just directed me elsewhere. Highly disappointed, wouldnt recommend this place

I have visited this branch many times and each time I feel like Im ruining the managers day. I own and operate four businesses and need bank support to continue to operate. When I go in the manager gets upset when I ask for something as simple as change. Its unpleasant to feel like youre being yelled at as if youre a child. Its as simple as Ill take what ever they can spare not a demanding I need this much or anything out of the ordinary. Maybe the reason you dont have very much change is because you alienate all your business customers. This is one of the only reasons branches exist and this manager has a job. Everyone knows they have closed all the other branches on the cape. Ill be taking my business accounts to another company because the least a bank can do is not make me feel uncomfortable for trying to partner with them to operate my businesses. I immediately went over to Bank of America and they made change with what ever they had and offered many options to fulfill my needs. Now thats how a business client should be treated. Good luck Santander this manager has no business working in this kind of environment. Its a professional setting and controlling your emotions is just about the bare minimum necessary for that possition.

Worse bank unprofessional the manager Madison is horrible I don't understand how she's even a manager and her employees are just like her I have never in my life been treated the way I was treated at this branch.
