Mark and all members of his Gianno/ Freda team are outstanding. The quality of work is necessarily top-notch. Both he and his associates and all the staff are super responsive, knowledgeable and just really great people. I look forward to our next meeting, post-tax season. 5 stars across the board - without question.

I would give a lower rating if possible. Please be aware!!! Stay away. Our taxes done wrong, over charged, rude, foul language, hanging up, he miss the embezzlement that was happening in the company. He said he didnt get paid to find embezzlement. Please listen I tried to report him to the board but unsure where to call. Bad news we gave him $7000. And its a mess . . There are many legit professionals out there who are professional and honest. I will not stop posting reviews to let others know He was hired to do 4 years taxes for $6000 with a deadline of 2 months. We called weekly . It took 9 months for 1 return. We hired another CPA. We called for our records. Mark Told us we could not have our records back until we paid the remainder even though the taxes were not done. We were desperate to get them done so we paid the balance and picked up our records. I received a bill in the mail for $2000 for the phone calls we made requesting our money back. Someone needs to shut this guy down!! Too many complaints on every website. I called Mark about the statement and he called me stupid, idiot, piece of sh- -, and loser. When was the last time someone you trusted and hired actually called you names and demanded money for work not completed? Not a nice person.
