        If there was a negative number I would put give it. There are not enough pages to list all the problems with them missing $10k+ is refunds. My only advice to others is avoid HR Block esp. TaxPro services. Many of them are incompetent and the few who are good go away on furlough. And then you get bounced around every office in the state for someone help correct their $10k+ mistakes. If I count the hours I've spent with these guys on calls, in-person meetings with "TaxPro" and driving to their offices...it's just not worth.
