Kim McKean’s testimonials are clearly stellar – and completely on-point. She is a consummate professional and is absolutely everything – and more – that one could ever hope for in a realtor. We’ve bought and sold nearly ten homes at this point with many experts on board. Kim is in a league all her own. Her instincts are second to none. We learned to trust her implicitly in extremely short order. I can’t tell you how important that was with decisions this large and hard to make. I, personally, am 110% type A and have a difficult time letting others steer the ship. With Kim, I gladly and confidently let go of the wheel and, along with my husband, were able to concentrate on all the other things one must think of when moving. I meet Kerryann just by chance. I saw a house on line put in a request to get more information, it was late one night after work. I wasn’t excepting a call back but I got a call at 9 pm form Kerryann.
I didn’t know it then but I realized now that, that would show me how dedicated to her clients she is. Kerryann worked tirelessly for me to help me find the right house. She always returned calls and text no matter what the hour.
Thanks to Kerryann, I found exactly what I needed for my next home.
I recommend her to a friend and fellow coworker, she is helping her to find her next home.

My wife and I worked with Brittany Horn specifically to sell our home and purchase a new one. I initiated conversation with Brittany a bit before deciding to sell our house to ask a few questions. Even when we weren't fully committed to selling, she still provided knowledgeable information that ultimately made us comfortable and confident enough to make the jump into this crazy market. Throughout the process, Brittany was positive and upbeat, and kept us engaged on every aspect of our sale and purchase. Communication was top notch. Texts and calls were frequent and we never felt out of the loop with anything.
