The person posting this, Ms Kathy Culton is NOT one of our customers and actually has NEVER been charged for ANY WORK or services because no services were ever provided. Ms. Culton for the first time ever, recently called us and scheduled an appointment for issues with a possible leak in her ceiling. At the time of her call we reviewed in detail our normal charges prior to Ms Culton committing to the appointment for later that day. Without any advanced notice to our office via telephone or email or cancellation request Ms Culton had called another company come to look at the potential leak in the ceiling on the same day she asked us to come assist her. We only learned she had done this when we arrived at the appointment time to be told that she had someone else come out and assist after "price shopping". Most unfortunate is that the "charges" this woman has referenced are completely inaccurate and incorrect and she fails to mention that she has never been billed, charged or received ANY work by our company so we are a bit concerned that she would make such an inaccurate complaint about prices and charges without ever actually doing ANY business with us. In light of the massive amounts of reviews this person has done where 99.9% of those reviews are unproductive and negative we can only assume that this person is quite an unhappy individual and it is sad that someone would leave a review about overcharging when they have never been charged a single penny AND is not even correct in the "charges" she has written to complain about.
