Very suprised by the lack of strawberries in & on the cake. I didn't expect it to be exactly like their photos online, but its a big difference. Website shows 9-10 berries on top, ours had TWO. Had almost none inside, just tiny diced pieces, some slices had none at all. Pic online also shows white chocolate flakes on top. Ours had 2 small milk chocolate pieces. See pics for comparisons. On top of that there was a 2" crack on the front of the cake! For a $70+ cake I expected more & I'm disappointed because it was my wife's 40th birthday cake. The cake itself was good & moist, cream was very light. Nice looking shop & super easy to order online.. so for that I give 2.5-3 stars. Our expectations were set based on the pictures online so we were disappointed vs. what we received, I have never seen a strawberry shortcake with so few strawberries. Idk if they had a bad day or what, but I'm on the fence as to whether or not I'll try them again..

I went here as a last minute option for my son's first birthday cake as some other bakeries fell threw. And I'm so glad that i did. The theme was cookie monster and they had a cute one on their website so I ordered it for pick up. Very nice atmosphere inside, pleasant service, and the cake was even better looking in person. They absolutely nailed it. Also tasted so, so good. I will be happy to return as a customer in the future. Dietary restrictions: They have lots of gluten free and vegan options based on what I saw during pick up

They removed my review on their website, so that should be a red flag to others. I'm very disappointed in what I received as it was not what I requested/specified, as well as the poor customer service to remedy the issue.
