Very nice place to live and Im sad to be leaving (leaving for a new job). Apartment is very nice, comfortable, and quiet. Front staff are very helpful and know you by name. Great little Main Street a few minutes away with fun restaurants. Easy drive to Worcester.

Just moved in and the experience was great. Very easy process. Corey and June are always available to answer any questions. Update: Going on 4 years and the experience is still great. Louis (head of maintenance) is very hardworking and friendly!

My experience at this apartment complex has been exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding assistance provided by June and Cory. Their attentiveness and professionalism made the move-in process seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself is meticulously maintained and offers a comfortable and inviting living environment. Its advantageous location near supermarkets, restaurants, and the bustling Hudson downtown area further enhances its appeal. I highly recommend this complex to anyone seeking a well-managed and conveniently situated living space.

June and Corey are amazing! I havent rent in the past 22 years and they made the process so easy, I looked at 3 different places before choosing the matrix, The place is amazing, super clean, great neighbors, in general I couldnt ask for a better place!!! The Maintenance crew is super responsive, fix things right away, you have the choice of a garage, I dont have enough good words to describe this place!

We have been in Matrix Hudson for 1.5 years now and the experience so far is very positive. In terms of the location, it is very close to I-495, within walking distance to Walmart, Shop & Stop and a few minutes drive to Solomon Pond Mall, Regal Solomon Pond Multi Screen Theater, ATM, KFC etc. and Hudson Downtown. Boston Logan is just 35 miles away. The apartment layout is nicely planned, and the building's common area (lobby) is always neat, clean, and green (utmost priority). The only thing missing is the balcony. But the extra-large windows (in all rooms) never make you feel anything is missing. The management (June and Corey) and the maintenance (Luis) teams are very professional and highly responsive. The property tour given by Corey on the first day was amazing, explained everything so nicely about the apartment, appliances, and the community. Once we had an issue with the boiler, but the team handled it so well and replaced the entire unit within a few days. Provided the keys of the adjacent apartment to use freely when the boiler broke down as well as provided the space heaters. From a safety standpoint, amazing! Building doors can only open using the personal FOB keys. Guests must call the residents to unlock the entrance. Amazon packages are delivered in the mail room, so no disturbance. Safe and secure car parking and guest parking. Recently renewed the lease for the next term. Highly recommended. All the best to June, Corey and Luis!
