Mt St. Vincent Nursing Home

I got out of there so fast!!! I went there for rehabilitation for my breathing problems!!!! They put me in this horrible dirty room full of dust!!! The staff wont even look at you. They just walked by and dont even bother with you!!! They gave me a oxygen tank from 20 years ago and it was empty!!! A fan so dirty I had my friend to clean it for me. Water was awful. I felt like I was in horror movie!!! Worse staff ever!!

This was the worst medical facility that I've ever been admitted to. Staff cursing the F word, staff communicating as if I had dementia, rude and condescending nursing staff, CNA talking to the LPN about her restricted duties and lunch break, in my presence, unsanitized medical equipments, missed medications and the list goes on. In fact for a whole day there wasn't any medication administered. This place needs restructuring. I gave it one star because there were about four CNAs who tried their uttermost best.
