    (2) They pass the phone around like a hot potato, they don't answer, they transfer you and they transfer you again. I ran out of hours because the program is supposedly short on the nursing service to do evaluations. For two years the same thing has happened to me, their response is the same. It is always that they changed my case manager and I had many cases and they simply forgot about me for two years with the same answer nor could they call me to tell me about the problem now I will be left without my personal care assistant due to your negligence this complaint is currently (1 ) complaint They tell you a time to go home and they don't even show up, unless they call to cancel, I end up calling to see why they didn't always come. I do something for the benefit of my PSA, like the sheet so that they don't have to fax their payroll, it's still The time they didn't send that paper to Tempus, that's irresponsible.

    This place is terrible. I had a neighbor who was severely disabled and also had several serous health conditions. She was repeatly referred to this organization by several providers. All of the referals were ignored and she was given the run around. When her doctors tried to follow up, they were given the run around as well. She was being abused by a relative who was also the primary caretaker. More referals were made. They were told it was an emergency. They ignored the referals. They yelled at her doctors and told them they refused to provide her with services and to stop making referals for her because they will ignore them. They did ignore them. The primary care taker told a social worker at WMEC she was abusing the disabled woman. The social worker report her to protective services or call the police. The abuse continued. The disabled woman was later killed. Stay away from this organization. Particularly stay away from Jessica Valentine and Diane Crespo. They should be in jail. They are responsible.
