Sleep Number

Quinn Hanson was our representative at the Holyoke, MA store. He took the time to explain all the different options we faced when making a purchase like this. He answered every question we had without making us feel bad for asking so very many questions. While Quinn is the Store Manager, his customer service and most of all his PATIENCE was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations.

After I purchased a pillow and it did not work---- I exchanged it for another one , I was told " no more exchanges". Why wasn't that told to customers up front ? Bad business !

Guinn was very polite and knowledgeable. He let us try out any bed we wanted and explained every thing about each bed. He answered all our questions. He let us take our time and did not pressure us. It was a great experience.
