As a small nonprofit, we rely on ILS for all of our fundraising mailings. I personally have been working with them for 7 years (at three different agencies) and have always had a wonderful experience, whether it was for a political mailing or fundraising appeal letter. The customer service and quality is unparalleled. Amy, Bob and their team do an excellent job helping us from start to finish and are a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very reasonable--it is more cost-effective, and significantly more efficient, for us to have them do it than for us to do it in-house, even with the help of our volunteers. They are extremely reliable and prompt. I would highly recommend them no matter how big or small of a project you have.
