Hi, I was having some difficulty getting a claim on my homeowners policy, taken care of. The Dowd Agency and Shelby were wonderful and great help. I was having trouble contacting the company that held my policy and the company that was supposedly going to be doing the work. After waiting weeks and months of no contact, I finally figured I'd try my agent at Dowd and just let them know what's been going on and that the work still had not been done. Shortly after my talk with Shelby, I was contacted by the repair company and things are finally moving forward with some of the work scheduled to be done next week. Thank you Shelby for all your help, you are greatly appreciated!

I had such an incredible experience, working with Dowd, specifically working with Racheal. She was so attentive, answered all of my questions, very communicative, and was very patient with me as I navigated through the solutions I needed.
