This is the most well kept, clean apartment building Ive ever lived in. Management is extremely responsive (can call, text or email) and only a block down the street if there are any issues. The rent is also a reasonable price. Most of the tenants in my building have been there for years, so you know theyre all treated well. If it werent for buying a house i would have stayed for years myself. Thanks for a great apartment!

I previously posted a review a few years ago under an old account I had, Mary Rivera. But I wanted to post a new review. They have been helpful during this covid19 pandemic, they helped me with getting a payment agreement going, and have helped me other times into being able to stay in the apartment. They have reached out to us into checking how us as tenants are doing during the pandemic. Thank you for always helping us find a way.
