Mike Bizzozero is hands down the best agent in Hingham. My wife and I used Mike to sell our last home and purchase our current home. On the sale of our home - He was super knowledgeable about the market and achieved a higher sales price than I ever thought possible. The open houses were run in an ultra professional manner. Prior to the open houses, Mike sat down with my wife and I and covered every detail of the home from age of the mechanicals, type of tile used in the bathrooms and on the back splash, age of roof, builder who build the addition, electrical capacity etc.. his attention to detail was second to none. On the purchase of our new home - Mike was a shrewd negotiator and super patient. While there were multiple parties interested in our home, we untimely won out based on Mikes guidance. Again - his attention to detail was second to none in terms of items to inquire about (during the inspection and when my wife and I were initially looking at the home) which could cause issues down the line. My wife and I were extremely comfortable with our home purchase in large part to Mike. This goes without saying, but Mike should be at the top of your short list for real estate agents to interview when buying or selling a home on the south shore of Massachusetts. Should we buy and sell again, I will absolutely engage Mike.
