Peter is the BEST. After a couple months working closely with Pete, he successfully helped us purchase a stunning, single-family home in Weymouth. We had previously worked with Peter on finding an apartment to rent in South Boston, which was also a great success. The entire process with Pete was fantastic, from searching for homes, to going to open houses, to putting an offer in. In the early stages, Pete was constantly sending us fantastic home options that fit what we were looking for, but also helped review homes we found, giving us good insight into pros and cons of different neighborhoods, builds, etc. When we landed on the home we wanted, Peter helped us strategically put in a great offer that got us the house without a hitch. I worked with Pete to find an apartment in South Boston and he was excellent. Pete is very responsive and will work hard on your behalf to communicate with landlords / apartment owners to make sure you see the best units available. He accompanied me on multiple showings and asked great questions to help me narrow the choices down to a couple apartments. Ended up finding a great apartment that had what I was looking for. I will work with Pete in the future and definitely recommend him to anyone searching in the Boston area.
