Leon assisted me with the sale of my home in Hingham in 2022 and the subsequent purchase of a home in Cohasset. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Leon is the best agent/ broker I have ever worked with. Leon has the qualities that make him a successful and effective broker. He is very professional, has high integrity, and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping my best interests in mind. Prior to listing my house, Leon assisted me in getting quotes for painting and other final upgrade items that I had not had time to complete. He also was very helpful with the staging of my property and it looked great. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense style. As a busy executive, I dont have time to waste and Leon gets to the point quickly, yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. On the buy side, Leon does a great job of listening to his clients needs and does not waste time showing properties which did not meet my objectives. He does the research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to my texts, at any time of the day. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in him. On both of my transactions with Leon the timelines were very tight and they went very smoothly and we closed on time. As mentioned above, he represented me on the purchase side of the transaction as well as the sales side. I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution.

Leon was detail oriented, full of great ideas, easy to work with, and extremely hard-working. He promptly returned phone calls and texts, gave good advice and felt like family by the end of the sale. He was persistent without being pushy and had a great fund of real estate knowledge. He made a very intimidating process seem doable. Thx Leon!

Oh my goodness!! I cannot say enough good things about working with Leon Merian. My family and I have been looking all over Hingham, Cohasset and Hull. Leon took the time to first learn what we want in a house and property. How I feel in a space is extremely important to me, not just picking a price range. He took the time to learn about our family's needs and hopes, and did not push us into something that was not right for us. This made the process so much more enjoyable and efficient for my whole family, including my 13 and 10 year old daughters, both of which he made feel important and part of the process. This attention to detail, along with his great energy and dedication to his clients, is what makes him a real estate rockstar on all of the levels. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!
