Bigfoot Waterproofing recently took care of a foundation leak in our basement. We've had significant rain since the work and have not had a drop of moisture appear. In addition to addressing the immediate problem, he did a thorough inspection of the entire foundation and recommended preventative measures which were also implemented. Tim was beyond knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. Bigfoot Waterproofing did an excellent job addressing the water issues in our basement. We initially had two areas where water was seeping in during heavy rains, but their crew was extremely thorough in inspecting our basement. They actually identified a third problem area that we were unaware of and fixed that as well. Their work was professional and they took the time to fully explain what needed to be done. After they completed the waterproofing repairs, we had two straight days of heavy rainfall. But this time, there was no water infiltration at all in the basement. We've finally solved our longstanding water problems thanks to Bigfoot. I'd highly recommend Bigfoot Waterproofing to anyone needing reliable basement waterproofing services.
