        Would give 0 stars if I could. We needed a sump pump replaced on New Years Eve. We were told in advance it would be 50% more which seemed fine since it was so late on a holiday. However, even though we already had the sump pump and just needed installation, they charged $1,595 and didnt even connect it to the battery backup that was already there. The bill we got had no breakdown of hours (2 hour job). When we called to get details they were rude and said it was a flat rate job that would have been $2,000 if we hadnt supplied the sump pump.
