        Stayed a couple nights over the weekend. Jaqueline is so sweet and so kind. She made my stay really comfortable there. Thank you Jacqueline for a great experience. I will definitely recommend this location to a friend!

        Lots of restaurants in the area. The only problem was they were renovating and the elevators were not very good. Although they were very quiet while I was there. Food & drinks: FOOD AND DRINKS COST TOO MUCH! $3 is a little much for M&M's

        My wife and I were traveling from New York to Maine, when our vehicle broke down in Haverhill Massachusetts. We stayed 7 nights at the Hampton Inn, and were well taken care of by the staff. Edmarie- Helped us with a very good rate multiple days. She empathized with our situation, was so supportive and reassuring, and even jumped in to help us get a room on her day off. Exceptional person and employee. Jacqui- Offered to drive us to get groceries if we needed, and checked in on us multiple times throughout our week here. She is so kind. Ravi- Bumped our checkout time to 1pm from 11am to help give us additional time to communicate with the auto repair place, in case we needed to stay another night. Very helpful and friendly. Rajiv- A staple of our stay. Rajiv checked in with us constantly and helped us secure rooms throughout the week, even when the hotel was full or nearly so. He gave us many recommendations for local restaurants and groceries, and how to walk to them. Very very professional and calming. All of the staff were helpful in getting us checked in and out each day as we were not sure when our vehicle would be repaired. I cant state enough just how much it meant to be so well taken care of. The rooms are recently remodeled, with comfortable beds, and a large television. The fitness facility is exceptional and clean, with towels, cold water, and headphones for the TVs provided. Breakfast is hearty and varied, changing meats, bagels, and omelet type day by day. They have a coffee/tea station available all day, with multiple teas and three types of coffee. Thanks Hampton Inn staff for helping keep us sane during our frustrating extended stay due to vehicle trouble.
