        I was running late to my appointment. I called to notify and it took 15 minutes for someone to answer in pediatrics. We get there at 9:05 AM and they have a new system so NONE our info is on file and they tell us we can't be seen. After a discussion about how we need this appointment etc she has me call another service to give all my personal info. (They had wrong info) the appointment was at 9am we finally got into a room at 10:15. After 10 minutes of the doctor being in the room she couldn't remember if she had done the scoliosis test or not, she said he needed blood work and she never ordered it. 10:45am we finally left and I am now changing doctors. Do not recommend at ALL. At least when you call to confirm my appointment let me know I need to bring in everything and fill out all new paperwork. There is ALWAYS an issue in the pediatric department.

        I love Brianna and Paula! The only two people I have see my two children ! When I am not seeing them i feel like my wait time in there is crazy .... but with those two we get right in . They do a wonderful job sitting down and listening to everything i have to say that is concerning about my children!
