        Received a birthday delivery from my siblings. I am too embarrassed to send them a picture of what they paid for, and cant believe you sent 3 open flowers and the rest still closed. By the time the buds open the other 3 will be dead. Also, the greenery was snapped on a bunch of leaves. Ive never seen such a sad bouquet, literally makes me mad every time I walk by it.

      Hi Sinead,We are sorry you are dissatisfied with your arrangement. The bouquet was ordered through Teleflora, and not directly through us, we followed the design that was given, filling to the value they provided. Our shipment of flowers had just arrived, causing some of them to be more closed than the others. The closed ones should start to open, and the flowers that were already open do have a longer lasting life span. We do apologize that the greenery was partly snapped. We always want to make sure our customers are happy, so please call 978-373-1700 if there is anything else we can do for you.
