The reception shld tell me if my insurance covers before the doctor attends me.Felt lime am being robbed after consultation to ne told to top up 40 dollars after being told that you will come next time we can not do anything today.The receptist told me my insurance covers 80 percent itsok to tell me this before u touch me then i will make a decision to see the dentist or nor.
You put me in a position of a debt.I had a choice to quit before.Now i owe you 40.00 which i don't have
