The Vibes Cafe & Restaurant

We were thrilled at the prospect of a new coffee shop coming to this corner of Haverhill, which makes it that much more disappointing that our experience wasn't great. We stopped in for two coffees to go and were the only patron's ordering food. 10 minutes, and ~$16 dollars later, we were able to walk out with two small coffees. There were two employees behind the counter, and I had to give my order 3 separate times throughout their preparation process. The order was uncomplicated - small french vanilla iced latte with oatmilk... In my opinion, the value of the coffees just wasn't there. For almost ~$8 for a small coffee, I expected my coffee to taste great, though it was average at best. The combination of lengthy preparation time, overpriced average coffee, and the need to repeat my order multiple times is why unfortunately this shop will not be in our rotation again :(

This is the spot!!! Periodtttt!!!!! I love their Espresso! They serve real coffee. The breakfast is always good I've had plenty to suggest but my all time favorite meal that I didn't know I needed is the Tripletta Pizza! The people are friendly and welcoming I highly recommend stopping at the Vibes Cafe...

Stick with ordering the food on the food bar! My friends raved about it My experience was a lot different. Over 30 minutes for an omelette. Coffee is terrible.

Horrible horrible service. Was never greeted and when I did approach the counter I was ignored for 10 minuets despite seeing at least 3 workers who never acknowledged me either. When I got to order my cashier wasn't familiar with the menu but was otherwise sweet. I was the ONLY customer waiting on an order and had to wait 25 minuets for a warm latte. 25 MINUETS. I never write such an extensive review, but it was worth emphasizing.

I have been here twice and will definitely be going back. The food is outstanding, the staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing. We got a burger, a veggie omlet, and coffee, and all were delicious. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed.
