I signed up with them. I paid them off. Then they closed my case without ever filing my bankruptcy. I paid 1500 and they only want to refund 300. Their excuse is I failed to communicate. They said the sent me emails, but yet I never received one. This was just an excuse not to file. So they stole 1200 from me. They are a SCAM. Do not use them.

Im gonna keep it short cause its its pretty simple. I signed up with these guys for bankruptcy and paid the whole 1900. I then got a loan and decided not to move forward with bankruptcy. I called to cancel and they said they would be in touch for a refund. That call never came. Three months later i i called to expedite things. A manager fell all over herself stating she couldnt believe its its so long and how could they let this happen. Im Im writing this review three months after that call still with no money in hand. To sum it up they took 1000 from me to do basically nothing besides administrative tasks...and then as of 6 months after cancelling is still dont have a refund for the remaining 900. Jokes on you if you still decide to use this company. Now....if i ever get someone on the line (been on hold 25 minutes) hopefully i can resolve my issue ...update..waited a half hour and finally got someone who didnt care and in a monotone way told me shes adding me to the same list that they did three months ago to "expedite". Im filing a complaint with the attorney general.
