        Fees on top of fees. Depositing a check has never been more complicated. The app is awful to use. customer service is awful, I was on the phone with a manager and they couldnt wait to just get off the phone very short and rude and hung up before I could continue with other issues. Needless to say I will be closing all accounts with this bank and moving on.

        If it was possible to give zero Stars I would. As soon as you walk in the door you're treated like a second class citizen. Staff including management was not only unhelpful but downright rude.

        I went to the Rosemont branch with my granddaughter to open a savings account because it was close to home and she could walk there if needed. The manager there needs to get an attitude adjustment. I felt we were a huge inconvenience to his afternoon. His demeanor was condescending at best. Ive never been treated so shabbily at my bank - TD Bank. He was impatient and abrupt Needless to say we walked out and wont be going back.
