        I applied over a month ago for fuel assistance My electric will be getting shut off . Never got a answer if I was approved I call the first time 1 pm sounded like i woke her up and she says they dont open til 2 i call again and all they do is transfer me to someone that's never there or doesn't answer the phone I've left messages a few times and they don't call back. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I think your pretty disgusting

        They do not answer the phone. I've left 4 messages a week and still haven't received a call back. It's been 3 weeks. Last year they lost my application and my paperwork twice. This year I can't even get an update.

        Want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but receptionist was overtly rude to me for no reason twice, Jan'et lied and said they didnt receive any of my 4 voicemails, I felt so attacked that I just decided to do what I needed assistance with on my own. Felt profiled and judged, would never ever go back.
