Hiring for LPN's yet only offering $30 - $32 an hour. Get real and come back to reality, every other place out there is paying $40 - $50 hr and up for LPN's and nice differentials as well as sign on bonus. This payscale is insulting at a time where inflation is rampant and the nursing shortage is growing. The reply back from the company is hysterical, stating I should discuss the pay internally with HR because they do not want people to discuss how low their wages are compared to others in the workplace. Last job offered to me was $45 base pay with $8.50 overnight diff and $14 overnight weekend diff. Thats what experienced LPN's can make. Anything less than $40 base these days is an insult.

I am really impressed with this facility. Staff really do their best and care about their patients. The groups are helpful, and you can take the information and use later when you are struggling. MD on site. Very clean. Hospital right across the street god forbid you have emergency!

Some of the staff here are the worst you'll ever see. They act like you were forced in there and it is some state funded facility. NO. You are paying thousands of dollars out of your pocket, and so is your insurance company. A two week stay is upwards of $20k or more! Staff in detox was alright, but some of the "doctors" were extremely unprofessional. You are thrown into a room with whoever and that can really affect the whole experience for you. Once you are sent to the longer stay side which can be up to three weeks, that is where the true unprofessional staff come. The second day I was there, the maid told me while she was cleaning my room that for all the money we pay to get in there, we got nothing for it. It is like finding a ripe fruit, but as you start to peel back the cover, you get to see how rotten the fruit really is. That's Serenity at Sumit. The food is probably the only thing, that will keep you sane here through out your stay. The security or "guards" all say they were past addicts etc. They are all liars. They love to laugh at everyone. They will speak down to you as you are a "child". That was for me the worst. They will openly joke on people, especially a Dominican kid that was working there with a long beard, LOVED to joke on the people being treated there. Honestly for what I paid, I expected WAY more than what I was presented here. The website and "salesmen" on the phone, promise you basically a spa, with indoor pool!!! LOL INDOOR POOL! None. The gym was a closet with a treadmill. You will get told one thing by your counselor and they will never follow through. Your medicated, and thrown into classes all day. Got to the point, most of the time I was in there, I was just medicated. Mostly just high the whole time I was there. Highly recommend looking into other facilities before pulling the trigger here. It was a complete waste of my time and money. You have been warned...

Hi Christopher,We do appreciate your candor and transparency. We hire based on experience and do offer a range. I will pass along your comments to our leadership team. Next time, it would be more advantageous to submit your feedback directly to our HR team. That way they will see it directly and can internally discuss. Best of luck on your job search and again, will pass this on to our team for review.
