Lower Cape Escape

What a wonderful place to stay!! My family and I are life long Cape Coders and we were so pleased with our stay after deciding to go somewhere new! Grounds of this home are well maintained and manicured with a super private backyard(deck, fire pit and shower )-perfect to hang in anytime of day and helped keep my busy 2yr old entertained! We were so impressed with the amenities, layout and especially with how incredibly CLEAN the home was. Only a short car ride to a super accessible beach, which again, was perfect for my little one! Without question, my family and I will stay here again and share the news of this fabulous Cape Cod find with others!

We spent the past weekend at 42 Marlin Road and the home was absolutely stunning!! There is plenty of space and it is decorated beautifully. We were a short drive to Red River Beach as well as many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this cottage to anyone who is interested. It is cozy, clean, and makes you feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back next summer!!

I highly recommend Lower Cape Escape to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing Cape getaway that includes all the comforts of home. We stayed for a week on Marlin Road in Harwich and the house was absolutely stunning. Impressively clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and we wanted for nothing when it came to amenities. The quiet neighborhood and Harwich location truly provided something for everyone. Beautiful beaches just down the road, plenty of great restaurants to choose from, shopping and art galleries to enjoy, as well as golf, arcades, go-carts, ice cream, etc. for the kids. The owners were a pleasure to work with and always available for any questions. We have already booked our return stay for Summer 2022!

By chance, I found this adorable, beachy chic rental. From the moment you drive up along side of this house, it gives you this relaxing and calming feeling, just what some of us need now a days. The decor was my favorite!! Extremely clean. Beautiful white kitchen cabinets with an island and great choice of pub style chairs. The rain shower head was another favorite of mine in the captains quarter. Enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, on the back deck, sun shining, birds chirping, total relax mode. Smart TVs in every room including a wide selection of movie, music and sports apps. Oh and USB hookups on every headboard. . Central AC was a must have on the warm, humid nights. Even though I hoped to use the, oh so cute fire pit in the backyard, we ran out of time. Next time, for sure! Very close to the ferry If you are interested in checking out Nantucket perhaps. TraderEds is a great spot for food, music and taking a look at all the fine yachts docked. However, most of my vacation was spent at my favorite spot.. Mayflower Beach. Sunsets, will never get old. Amie was/is very pleasant and professional to work with. Answered all questions in a timely fashion. You wont be disappointed!!! #nextyearonthebooks
