        Too many glitches and unnecessary issues transferring from another bank to this one to mention...but to help others in the future, the E. Harwich location doesn't open doors until 8:30, not 8a Fri as posted here.

        Don't go through the drive-through for banking. As a reference, I live in the mid to upper Cape and usually go to West Barnstable, Hyannis, and Sandwich for my banking needs. All are great. Based on seasonal work habit changes, I've been going to the Harwich branch for several weeks. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES TO SPARE, THEN BANK HERE. All the other branches have me out in minutes, but this bank has taken a long time on all encounters. They don't have windows to the drive up tellers which may be the difference but still it is unacceptable to wait 10-15 minutes to make an easy deposit. Today it took 5 minutes, because I timed it, to pull my deposit into the bank. Then it took another 7 minutes to send it back to my car. Ridiculous for a business owner to sit and wait 12 minutes. All other branches have me in and out of the drive up tellers in a reasonable time, the best being West Barnstable. Fix it CBCC of Harwich. You are an exception to the norm. Just because you can't see my car through a window doesn't mean you should keep me waiting.
