Same issue as Frank Albino. Ordered freezer online; didn't get any kind of a confirmation. Went down to their store & walked in; was told "Oh we miss the online orders", confirmed it was in stock, said they were two weeks out on delivery and that we wouldn't be charged until the delivery date was set. 36 hours later they charged it through to my card. That was 4.5 weeks ago. Ever since they have been jerking us around - scheduling deliveries, then saying that there's a problem with Frigidaire not delivering orders. I bought a washer and dryer from them in the past and everything went okay. I don't know if it's new owners, or if they're just having money problems & running this scam tactic. And now they're not answering the phone or returning calls when I leave a message. My next step is going to have to be to report fraud, get the charge refunded by my credit card company, and get a new credit card issued. I'm already in the process of reporting them to Frigidaire, and asking Frigidaire what the problem is on their end - if any. I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else I can think of. I'll put it on social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I did to shop local. I can order it from Home Depot today and have it delivered on Friday. For less money. And Terry's was made aware when we went in that our old freezer is dying and full of meat, and they said they would see what they could do to get the delivery earlier. Uh huh. === Update: After pushing back and expressing my... concerns, our delivery was set/not cancelled, and freezer was delivered today. Ordered 2/21/24 with a 2 week delivery ETA; charged to card 2/24; delivered 3/27: 35 days from order date; 32 days from date of credit card processed. And I spoke with Frigidaire: The units are, and have been, in stock; and the manufacturer does not deliver to Terry's directly there is an intermediary supplier. So "problems with Frigidaire" would not have been the case. - And reply to Thomas: "Availability" was settled at the time of the order, when you told us it was in stock and charged it through to my card. Something else is going on here. - Update 2: In the interest of fairness: Several people I know have told me that they had good experiences with Terry's in the past.

I have been working with Terry's TV & Appliances for 14 years, installing their products. The sales and delivery teams have proven to remain professional throughout any glitches with receiving damaged products or not receiving the product due to supply issues. The management always puts their customers first and will do what it takes to insure their satisfaction. The dedication to put the customer first is foremost in insuring a positive experience. I give this local company 5 stars for their continuing efforts to provide a great service to the community.

Our experience with Terry's -- both as to sales and service -- has been excellent. We recently did a complete kitchen and laundry area renovation at our home in North Chatham, and elected to purchase all of our new appliances at Terry's. We found the prices to be reasonably competitive, especially when the included delivery and removal are factored in. Most important to us, though, was the personal attention we received. The sales people were attentive, straight-forward, and helpful. They made good suggestions and worked with us to ensure we got the right appliances to suit our needs, for the best price. When, to our dismay, we discovered factory-related defects and problems with the brand new refrigerator we bought, Terry's knowledgeable and personable service technician, Sean, aggressively took the lead in dealing with the manufacturer and getting things corrected. Sean and the service team also worked with us to schedule the required service and repairs, so as to minimize disruptions to our personal schedules. All that to say, we are very satisfied and feel as though we got excellent value for our money at Terry's. By way of full disclosure, we've dealt with Terry's on a couple of other occasions over the years, beginning back when it was known as "Wright's". It was in no small part due to our satisfaction with their prior sales and service over the years that we turned to Terry's when the time came to completely renovate our kitchen and laundry area ... and we're very glad we did.
