        I was always a pretty loyal TCT customer, but a recent experience made me a customer for life. Quite a long story but there was a complicated issue with a recent small boat I had purchased. Chris at TCT jumped through every hoop he could to make things right. Great experience and employees!

        Superb customer service always greeted at the door kris the assistant manager and Tracy the cashier are always working so hard they have both went above and beyond on numerous occasions there extremely helpful the dog and cat sections are always extremely clean and well organized if I cant find something Tracy is always there to help me. She has made my day countless times shes extremely knowledgeable Shes always smiling and she goes above and beyond every time Im in The Hanover store
