There needs to be clearer communication about what is being done to the car when they ask you during oil changes. I was there around 2:20 pm today and was asked if I wanted my air filter replaced for $39 which I can do myself for cheaper, but said yes due to convenience. After everything was done, my bill came out to $206 because they replaced my break fluid without me knowing. The technician was insistent that he has asked me before changing the break fluid, but I do not recall him asking. Again, the only number I was given was that it would be $39 to replace the air filter and was very surprised when I was given a bill of $206 after the fact. The air filter wasn't even replaced in the end, just the break fluid. I was very confused when I got my bill and feel as though I was scammed. I have been getting my oil changed exclusively at Jiffy lube for the most part since I was first able to drive about 10 years ago. This will be my last time going to jiffylube and will mo longer be going here in the future. To customers considering getting work done here, make sure that the servicemen communicate clearly of what is being done to your car when they ask you if you want extra stuff done before they began operating on it. I am sure the workers here are great people, but I have to say I feel a little taken advantage of. As I said, I will no longer be getting services done here after 10 years of being a loyal customer.

I was there yesterday at 5 for an oil change only. The mechanic told me my brake fluid needs to get flushed but didnt tell me the price before I said it was okay to do it. The first thing that he told me before explaining the brake fluid is that he is not a con or a scammer. He showed me oil leaking from my vehicle behind the wheel but I highly doubt if it was my cars oil, I think the oil was there before on the floor. After the service I was charged 240$, I expected to pay 50$ only for an oil change not 240$. Ill take my car somewhere else next time. He is lucky I was having a good day I wasnt in the mood of creating a scene

This place is just about the best memory I have of my experiences in Western Massachusetts. They were super friendly, accommodating, highly competent and supremely knowledgeable. On more than one occasion they went out of their way to keep my 2015 Malibu Maxx in TOP running condition. Totally brilliant.
