    I don't like to leave a negative review for a local (semi local) chain of stores, but if I can warn you away from Manny's, I've done you a favor. I bought a dishwasher from Manny's about four years ago the person who came to my house for the installation was extraordinarily rude, he was cursing and shouting because of some kind of difficulty he was having with the installation. It made me very uncomfortable. He also did some damage to the toe kick in my kitchen. I called the store to tell them about the problems, they told me they'd fix my toe kick and get right back to me with a time it never happened. I never heard back from them. Fast forward to now, the dishwasher broke down, so I went back to the store. I scheduled a repair, and I told the salesperson at the front about the treatment I had received four years earlier, because I didn't want the same person back at my house. He just looked at me and shrugged. "No, our guy would never do that," he said. "I'm just telling you what happened," I responded. Shrug. The (non) repair for the dishwasher was excruciating. The repairman came, he needed a part, the part took three or four weeks to order, and, when the repairman came back for a second time the repair didn't work. The dishwasher still leaked. By this time I had spend hundreds of dollars, and I had been without a dishwasher for close to two months, if not longer than that. I understand there's always frustrations, and I'm sure the store has lots of excuses "we have no control over how long it takes to get a part", for instance, but I'm not even sure that's true. I would gladly have paid extra for express shipping, but they never mentioned it, and I'm only thinking of it now. "Well, you should have thought of it then" if that's how you feel, then Manny's is the place for you. But it's not how I feel, I don't work in appliances, and I can't always think of every little detail that I might be missing when it comes to something like a dishwasher repair. My bottom line is this: two months is a very long time to wait for a dishwasher repair that doesn't even repair the dishwasher. Needless to say, I didn't use Manny's for the replacement dishwasher, I won't be going there again, and I'd recommend you go somewhere else, too.

    Junior came to our home and replaced our GE induction top ,that had a crack, and went on to fix the door of our GE dish washer, and had a moment to explain how to keep the dish racks from collapsing. This was all done quickly and professionally. Dont lose this guy!! Regards very happily Laurence
