Kait Martel helped me sell my house in North Andover in late 2023/early 2024. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market. She was proactive in reaching out to me for next steps, scheduling open houses, helping me understand the pros/cons of offers received, walking me through the various documents that need to be signed along the way, and simply making sure no stone was left unturned. We recently sold our first home with Martel Real Estate. Steve Mallia was our realtor. Steve made the entire experience virtually stress-free. Thanks to him, we were able to sell our house 9% over asking, which was much higher than we expected! We had a few things that needed to be fixed before we closed, and Steve referred us to an excellent contractor. And we were able to close in just 30 days! Steve made sure to check in with us regularly throughout the whole process and made us feel like a top priority. We recently sold our home in Groveland and used Martel Real Estate. Kaitlin was amazing and helped us every step of the way.
