        HORRIBLE owner! Treats people like garbage and there limos smell like urine and trash! If I could give them negative stars I would! Telling everyone I know to avoid this place!! Shame on you!!!!

        Worst experience I have ever had, bay state limousine left three of my friends on the side of the highway on our way to boston for the night. When we arrived to boston awhile after we called our driver to ask him to bring us to a different place and he told us no and wouldn't answer the phone multiple times when we tried to call! I will never use this service again or it recommend it to anyone
