        Terrible customer service. I called to say that the flowers in the preview I was sent did not match the description listed under the arrangement on the website. The arrangement looks like teleflora put them together. Paid for the premium flowers and there are hardly any roses in it. And to top it off she said that these werent even delivered to a nice section of the town my parents live in. Absolutely terrible person. These flowers are for my mother who is recovering from cancer. I will make sure to pass it on to my parents that the florist crapped on where they live.

        Jeanne went above and beyond our vision for centerpieces! Her pieces truly elevated our event, we got so many compliments on them. She even brought extra greens to place on the food table and helped us set up! I cannot say enough great things about The Flower Lady!

The centerpiece for the main table, exceeded my expectations, as well as the wreath centerpieces for our guests tables!       Amanda the piece was made with the exact flowers in the order picture, in fact I used more flowers all premium.Hyacinth, cinnamon scented stock, freesia, peony tulips, Dutch tulips, roses, spray roses, hydrangea and included tropical leaves wrapped inside the glass.Your review says more about you than the piece. You neglected to show photographs which would only prove you are not telling the truth. You misinterpreted what I said as I had already dropped off the flowers you wanted me to go back and get them?It's a 30-minute drive to tyngsboro that makes an hour long drive? I clearly state in my banner I tried to use the exact flowers but they're not always available at the market.With nearly 100 5-star reviews on both Google and Bloomnation... This is bound to happen when you get a sour client. Hopefully people will see through the malarkey of a supposed one-star review.She stated that she had a terrible customer service experience. What she neglected to say was how she acted on the phone as if it was Kim Kardashian on Grammy night.I just don't put up with people like that and I'm a very real person I'm not even going to do that fake polite review response because people see right through that. I'm a real person with real feelings and I have spent three years building this business trying to make everybody happy.But there are some people that will just never be happy. Too bad we don't get the opportunity to review our customers.
