Dear Jennie, What food you had that was soggy and bland?? This is an example of how people leave one star review due to circumstances related to my business. You have never come to my bakery. I have cameras and you have never entered the store. You are however the wife of one of my ex employee, Evan Oatis, who decided to leave due to the fact he could not perform or even sustain the pressure of performing at a level he said he would. Sorry to see that you guys are choosing such platform to share your frustration. I hope and know that when customers read this review they will realize what to take from this.

Staff is not friendly, particularly one server who always has a sour face. The food looks appealing to the eye but flavor is not as good as other real bakerie, particularly for the price. Very small inside and not a friendly atmosphere.

Sorry you did not appreciate us. We are a real artisan bakery…with a European atmosphere. It would also help to know when you came in to understand the "unfriendly" customer service you have received. Customer raved about our customer service. This is a small bakery, but we have more then 18 seats. so, I am confused about rating us "small". Parking is free and there is plenty on the front or sides. What is a real bakery ? I ask this because we bake everything from scratch. If you were expecting a flavor found in most places where there are tons of corn syrup in the items or where things are baked from industrial manufacturing, this is definitely not your bakery. Thank you though for sharing your view....

This afternoon my daughter and I took a trip to this bakery. When we walked into the store neither one of the employees greeted us or even acknowledge our presence. My daughter, age 6 is standing right by my side as I am reading the drink menu. As Im about to order, an employee behind the counter speaks directly to my daughter telling her the rain boots she has on are making a mess on the floor and asks her to remove them. First of all, she is standing right next to an adult, her mother, the employee should have pointed her comment to me and not my child. Secondly, it has been pouring outside all day. Yes, her boots and mine as well were wet. I am not, nor should my daughter have to take off our shoes to enter a store, and risk then slipping because we werent allowed to wear shoes. Not once has this ever happened to me and am very upset with the worker having the nerve to address her issue to a child and not the adult they are with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here and most definitely not to bring kids. Awful awful

Dear Lisa, I am so sorry that you had this experience but also surprised that something like this has happened in my shop. I am going to verify with my employees and understand what happened. I wish you would have asked to talk to management, I am always on premises so that I could have take care of this situation. This is not a policy we have and I find it very odd to believe that my employees would talk to your daughter asking her to take her shoes off when in fact is unsanitary to remove shoes. We don't worry about the mess that water creates because it is understandable to have water on the floor when it rains out and that's is why I find it odd that my girls in the front of the house would ask your daughter to take her shoes off and walk on wet floor!
