        I appreciated that I was able to reach someone about my concern right away. Vlad promptly dispatched David's team to check for moisture and damage. I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency displayed by everyone involved. They're definitely my new go-to for any future issues like this.

        Needed my furniture cleaned from smoke from a fire. I called and was told that they would get back to me. Days later a man called and the runaround game began. From telling me it may be better to just clean it myself, to trying to get me to sell the furniture to his kid, to okay I'll come by to look at it and advise. He was unavailable each time even after he told me to call at at those specific times and then was trying to get me to rent an apartment that he remodeled in Greenfield. Total waste of more than a week and especially with someone in a vulnerable situation. The ratings you see led me to them, but I would suspect games, just like the one I was put through.

Katherine, the manager, and the entire team exhibited professionalism and dedication that exceeded my expectations. This was the key point that Patrick aimed to convey to you. It's important to note that Patrick has never had any need for used, fire-damaged furniture.
