      image Extremely disrespectful, Todd has no sense of respect for anyone. He yelled at me over the phone and in person about 5 times, he makes a lot of errors and then blames it on the software. I was doing taxes for my diseased parents and didn't expect to be yelled at as I'm trying not to go thru the morning process all over again by having to do this paperwork and put it behind me. He needs to learn how to be more empathetic and respectful. I'll never go back to him for taxes again or recommend him. I'll make sure the rest of my family and friends don't either.

      Cecy kept coming in with changes every other day. She was disrespectful of my time by just walking in and expectme to leave appointments for her. She would call every day and stop in unannounced and expect me to drop everything for her. I gave her a very fair price for two years of tax returns and trust. I asked her not to come back

      image Called to get info from last year's return. Todd was rude.."why didnt you come back? Who are you using? They stink!", and after thanking him for providing the information, which he spent his time trying to find, he hung up, cutting us off. Todd...do better next time. This was a terrible display and I would never recommend your services to anyone in fear they'd be treated like that. Very disappointing behavior from a "professional."
      Response to below: it wasn't about providing the info, which you provided as stated above, it was about the way you treated the customer on the other end of the call. The way you treat people matters, and that was just unkind. Life happens, things get misplaced, and youre the source for the info. Be kind and have a nice day.

      Mr. Varuzzo did not tell the whole story. He lost his information from last year that I provided to him in person. I gave him the information he requested over the phone so he could then use it to do a on line tax company.
