        Yesterday I took my son to your Greenfield office. He needed 2 teeth pulled. I had told the staff at our last visit that my son has ASD and other diagnoses. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with both of us. Both the dentist and hygienist explained every single step to my son (in a very respectful manner). My son was offered a weighted blanket, fidget toy, extra time and patience with decisions (made by my son and not mom) etc. Wow! What an amazing experience! Thank you for treating people with - different abilities - with humanity and dignity!

        Omg this place is amazing, I've never been to any dentist or doctors office that's been so kind and friendly, everyone smiled even with their masks on, asked how you were doing and really just made you and your child welcomed. Awesome job

        I brought my 2 year old and 11 year old here after being less than satisfied with our last pediatric dentist. My childrens pediatrician actually recommended this place and I trust her opinion with complete confidence. I am so glad we came to Northampton Pediatric Dentistry! The ladies here are so sweet and welcoming, the waiting room, halls and exam rooms are so bright and colorful and filled with Disney Pictures and they even have Disney music playing! My 2 year old is very shy and I know that this helped calm her nerves immensely. I really appreciated everything they put into making the kids feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible in a sometimes scary or uncertain situation. The dental assistant and dentist herself were amazing! The secretarys , everyone. I cant say enough good things about all of them. Thanks for taking great care of my kiddos!

        Very good! Theyre extremely kind, and explain things very well. Zero complaints from me, helped me understand what to do better. As a person who is normally scared of the dentist, they made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend!
