AMAZING SERVICE!!! Called this afternoon for a leaking water heater that ruined our kitchen while we were on vacation. Joel came out personally, ASAP, to disconnect it so our insurance company could continue work in removing our cabinetry the following morning. Cannot day enough great things about Tognarelli! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

WORST EVER!!! They will overcharge you and stand out side smoking cigarettes, litter them all over your property, then go to home depot for two hours and charge you over $100 an hour. They even threatened to tell the inspector about work that they did without a permit. Hmmm? Does that make any sense.? Total crooks. We paid them over $15,000 for a project and I am still getting threatening emails over $100 dollars that they are trying to pinch out of me ( while the work was included in the original quote and was never done) RIDICULOUS! Find another quickly, they will rob you, treat you poorly, and lie continually. Good luck with this one!!!

Very prompt service. Tech was clean, courteous and knowledgeable. I have a Buderus and I've learned that they're not easy manage (Dead River couldn't be bothered) Glad Tognarelli could help- these guys always do a good job.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and nobody showed up during the scheduled time. I called to find out what the situation was and the receptionist told me she forgot to put me in. Made another appointment for the next day and again nobody shows up. I call back and they tell me they had to extend the window because "stuff doesn't always go according to plan" without a phone call or anything to let me know in advance. Horrible customer service.
