I had nerve problems in my neck down to my arm. The Dr gave me a shot and it fixed the problem.

Was referred here by my PCP. Staff was rude and condescending when I explained that I didn't bring medical documentation in a format that they were expecting. When they closed the little window separating their work area from the reception area, they started to speak ill of me. I'm half deaf from my time in the military so when I can hear you behind your little cubicle walls... you're not being very discreet. Anyway... They told me that they didn't actually provide physical therapy (I may have mis-interepreted this for they didn't have any space) and offered to google some PT's in the area (Hell I could have done that). Found a PT without their help and requested that they remove my medical information from their systems (Not paying someone to talk poorly about me)

Whoever you call is the not the same office and yes, they can be very rude.
