Great Clips

We drove to this great clips for one hour to get a worst costumer service and a hair cut from this stylist (older Caucasian women with white hair). My dad and I were checking in my dad told the stylist to put in his number for all the notes on his haircut and my dad has been a great clips costumer for 8 years but this stylist didnt get any notes on the haircut and went on forward cutting the hair(not the way he liked). As I was waiting in the line to go after my dad I saw her being abusive with my dad she was forcing my dads head to an angle without saying please or letting him know. So my dad got very upset with her and told her to stop and he asked the stylist Do you care about your job? and she answered No I got enough money and I only work 3 days and as I heard that I just left the store without saying anything and my dad paid and he left that store very very upset. We have field a law suit and after this behavior Im sorry to say but that stylist shouldnt have a job at Great Clips.

4 stars for the store and their customer service. 0 stars for the stylist Catherine. BEWARE of Catherine older long gray haired woman, the absolute worst hair cut I've gotten ever and the worst service, most aggressive haircut, she moved my head around so hard and didn't even attempt to ask me to move for her. If I'd had a neck injury she could have seriously hurt me. I also had pretty thick hair and she went hard on the clippers pulling my hair and basically buzzed so much hair off. I was uncomfortable with her and i should have told her to stop but I have wicked anxiety. I just wanted a low fade as I always get. She was the only stylist there so I gave her a try that was a mistake on my part, but I got Excellent customer service from the store manager and the owner who were very empathetic and apologized profusely. If anyone is looking for a job and has experience in the field, please apply to them so this woman can go okay sorry for the rant. I just didn't want to rate the store in general ,but just this stylist.

3/10/24- today was supposed to be a happy experience for my 3-year-old's first haircut. The outcome was NOTHING like the photo I had showed the stylist. And my son ended up with nicks and scratches all over his forehead, back of ears and neck. The stylist was an older white Caucasian women (not suee of her name because she never stated what it was) who had less than admirable customer service skills. She was rude, and kept grabbing my son's head and pulling it up rather roughly when he would look down. He's 3.. he was already nervous since this was a first, but she just made it 10x harder to get him into another salon moving forward, thinking every stylist is this rude and rough. $21 and a waste of my time. I wouldn't recommend this choppy salon to anyone. And yes, I already sent a complaint and photos to customer service via email, but based on the reviews this woman still has a job, and an email won't change that. ***4/1/24 still no email or phone call with an apology. This salon is a JOKE.
