This is not the Dillon's we all knew and loved. Too bad, but things change when they get bigger.

Recently took my GMC Sierra for service and I have no complaints. Very quick service, very kind people. I would definitely recommend McGovern of Greenfield for service or to purchase a vehicle.

We recently had our vehicle serviced at McGovern of Greenfield. We were so pleased with the job done (we had a broken car charger - so thankful they were able to fix it!) and they also serviced our car. Customer service was above & beyond! Great place! Excellent experience!

This year my vehicle needed service as it was running rough. Dillon has been our family choice for many years. This year it seems they have changed their aditude and refused to work on our vehicle. They Installed the new motor and we asked for service while under warranty. It got worse over time. We were told to take it to another dealership which we did at our cost. Turns out the tech who installed our motor never locked in the snaps that keep the injectors in place on the right side of the motor. 4 hours we had to pay for to check that everything was good to go. The truck now runs great again. Shocked it took almost three years to create an issue but, it did.
Dillon gave us many good years of service. Jay is the former owner and we understand he is staying on. I would hope customer service will be better. Note: We did have to get Chevrolet involved as it was under warranty when we started to complain. We also understand the dealer may have been overworked and understaffed as Jay said. But 6 months with no truck is not acceptable. We were forced to purchase a new truck not knowing about what to do with this one.
Only one dealer was willing to work on the engine that someone else installed.
McGovern, I understand that our complaint effects you as the mark with GM will also be with you as I am told you had taken control when GM got involved in Dec.
By the way, I did not want to ever leave a review like this. But, as we left messages with no attempt to make things right. We did hear the rumor of ownership change. Just this week it was made public. Kinda explained our experience?
Tom and the sales team have been fantastic over the years as well. I assume Tom will be retiring. We wish you luck.
