This company had been great for years and I had no complaints. After COVID with the Great Resignation it's been a steady decline in dependable service. When I needed a new furnace I had to call and wait several months. I finally called the sales manager and asked if they wanted my business, he assured me they would be right out. The customer service is now awful, and when I tried to discuss my last conversation, with a representative the new woman accused me of lying. There are many choices for reliable and dependable oil companies, Sandri energy is no longer one of them, and I strongly consider people to explore those options.

I cannot say anything bad about these guys. I called first thing in the morning and had someone come out and take a look at my furnace since it wasn't working. After a couple of attempts i got my heat back on. Shout out to Jonas for coming back to make sure my kids and i have heat. Thank you

Be aware, something they don't tell you before hand is their minimum service call fee is $145, regardless of how long it takes. Mine took 15 minutes and still cost $145. Response to owner: The technician did correct the problem. The air adjustment actually took less than 2 minutes as I'd already told him what the problem was. I had expected the Reason for the combustion air setting to have gone out of adjustment to be diagnosed to prevent future occurrences, but it wasn't because "that just happens sometimes". Longest part of the visit was going back out to his truck to get his meter to confirm combustion efficiency at my request.
